Return & Refund Policy

All returns for credit must have a RMA # from paymentix.com to send merchandise back within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a min processing fee of 25% of invoice price.

Shipment is rejected without defect, customer will be subject to be charged inbound and outbound shipping cost, plus rejection & handling fee.

Less than Truck Load Delivery: customer is 100% responsible for additional surcharge from incorrect shipping condition, customer is responsible for detention fee caused from customer end.

Free Shipping items will be subject to be charged a processing fee 35~50% of the product price.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition.

All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Packages must be sent to PAYMENTIX.com double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.

Partially used terminals or merchandise will not be accepted back.

Damaged terminals or other equipment will be not accepted back.

In the event a customer wants to cancel an existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation fee.

If an order is still pending, there is no fee to cancel an item.

If an order has been placed and the credit card has been charged, there is a 6% credit card processing fee to cancel the order.

Cancellation for an order that has been processed so that the package has already left our facility is subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Shipments rejected without a defect will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of the purchased product price.

Cancellation of Free Shipping items are subject to a processing fee of up top 45% of the total sale amount.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed


Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a UPS link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point). Orders are estimated to arrive within 10 – 14 business days of shipment.

If your order has not shipped in over two weeks, please notify us at info@paymentix.com. This may mean there may be an issue in fulfillment/delivery that we can work to get resolved.

From our website we are only currently shipping to the United States.

We do not ship to APO, PO and FPO boxes.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and zipcode. Incorrect information will cause a delay / unable to process your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Paymentix reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00pm EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order, and it might be shipped from different locations with 1-2 days handling time.

We try to do best, and ship immediately, however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Paymentix or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping carrier ( such as weather issue, local restriction )

-More than 300 pound: FedEx Ground/ LTL (Less than Truck Load)

To save transit time and cost, and In case of product
availability, Paymentix may choose shipping locations. each locations may has a different product code for equivalent fair product.

Blind Ship
-when customer requests blindship, we truncate shipper information like ‘ FL warehouse 800-800-8000’ absolutely no invoice, no packing slip. ( only available at our warehouse )

TAXES

PAYMENTIX SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

Paymentix also collects sales tax in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Paymentix DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because paymentix is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price..
